I had made plans several days in advance and when I called her the morning of the day she was supposed to arrive she acted as though she forgot. We rescheduled from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. (2 hours delayed). At 1:30pm she had still not arrived so I called her and she said she was just about to leave. Then at 3:00 p.m. she still did not arrive so I called her again. She did not pick up the phone this time so I left a message asking her to please call me back if she is not going to make it today so I can plan accordingly. It is 3:30 p.m. and she still never showed up nor did she even bother to call me back! She is very unprofessional and I am glad she didn't show up because I wouldn't want someone like that watching my child anyway.
