Kathy is a Godsend to my family! She's been with my mom 4 years and counting and has become a 2nd daughter to her. My mom literally introduces Kathy as "her best friend". She knows more about mom's meds, Dr appts and daily needs than I do at this point and is an invaluable advisor to me (her daughter) and my brothers.
