Hi! I'm a former environmental reporter and stay-at-home mom to my 23-month-old daughter. I'm looking for a family who would be comfortable with me bringing her along while I care for their children. She is friendly and gentle. I love Montessori, Waldorf, and outdoor education. I value taking children outside to explore, garden, collect flowers and leaves. I make herbal remedies, use nontoxic cleaning products, bake sourdough and healthy snacks. I'd be happy to incorporate age-appropriate cooking, gardening, crafts, and practical skills into our time together. Supporting children's autonomy and emotional intelligence is important to me. I have previous experience as a nanny for a preschool-aged child and extensive hands-on experience raising my own toddler. I'm patient, playful, attentive, and respectful of each child's individual personality and developmental stage. I'm looking for 20-25 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
