About Katie

My father, a truly remarkable man, has dedicated his entire life to providing for our family. He has always been incredibly kind to everyone he meets. Unfortunately, he was diagnosed with Lewy Body Dementia five years ago and he requires significant assistance now. As his daughter and caregiver, it is of utmost importance to me and my family that he receives the best possible care. We have very high standards for anyone caring for him. Over the years, we have had several Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), but only a few have truly stood out. It’s not a reflection of the others, but rather the difficulty of finding someone who is a perfect fit for someone you love so deeply. Katie is one of those rare exceptions. She has been a true blessing to our family, and her contributions have made a profound difference in the quality of my dad’s life every day. She has been with us for six months now, and she has consistently exceeded our expectations. Katie is punctual, treats my dad with immense dignity, patience, kindness, and compassion. She advocates for him and promptly communicates any changes in his health or concerns she may have. She is a woman of her word, trustworthy, and brings a warm and calming presence to our home every day. Knowing that someone I trust is taking excellent care of my dad gives me an incredible sense of peace.
