As a toddler mama and loving auntie, I have 10 years of paid experience (and two decades of free family/friend care). Generally I am comfortable caring for up to two children of any age (happy to discuss additional kiddos based on circumstances/needs) and prioritize a gentle, regulated but also fun and creative approach to childcare. I have basic first aid and CPR training, and am happy to assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and creative crafts. I love organizing outdoor and educational activities, and am versed in Montessori and Waldorf teaching styles. I am comfortable enforcing your household preferences and rules to ensure a consistent environment. I value clear communication and deeply understand the level of trust required to give someone access to your home and your kiddos.
