I have experince with bed bound care, dementia, Parkinson's, hospice and more. I can operate and use a hoyer lift, a transfer board, and gait belt as well. I can do or assist with showers, and meal prep, house tasks, and companion care. I got into this job because I enjoy the smile on someone's face, and knowing that you made a difference in someone's day, and that you're helping somebody and making life easier. I enjoy caring for the elderly, and even just sitting there making conversation with them. In my spare time, I have 5 kids ranging in age from 13 yrs old to 8 months old, and I also spend time with my husband.
