Nurturing young minds is a true passion of mine. My 5+ years of childcare experience, caring for children aged newborn to pre-teen, have solidified my desire to positively impact their lives. I also taught English in classrooms of children aged 2-12. I have worked with children with autism. I'm patient, creative, and approachable, and I find great joy in reading, arts and crafts, playing sports, board games, and educational activities with children. Kat was on-time, professional, and best of all - immediately was engaged with our 7 month old son. She has experience and truly likes kids. He has been experiencing separation anxiety recently so I was nervous that he would cry a lot, but she played with him and kept him distracted/occupied. Her check-in texts were perfect. We will certainly hire her again and would recommend her to other families.
