For the last year, I have been able to recommend her to other families and call on her with reasonable advance notice for support. She is worth every penny I’ve paid her. On-time arrival. Dependable. Communicative. Calm and intentional in unfamiliar or challenging situations. Not afraid to uphold the boundaries we set. Leaving our son with someone is terrifying because he can communicate basic needs not ask for or advocate for safety. Kavaisha showed in the interview that she was prepared for that and has continued to show us every time we have scheduled with her. I interviewed at least 4 or 5 other people on this site. She stood out EASILY.
