Hi, I believe I am an excellent match in partnering with you to care for you and your family! Though I am new to Care. com, I have over 5 years of experience in patient care. I am a certified home health aid with experience in caring for patients with dementia, Alzheimer's, diabetes, Parkinson's disease, strokes (+AVM), cancer, post surgical/non-surgical rehabilitation, MS, feeding tube and colostomy patients. In previous positions, I have managed and administered medication as well as made calls and pharmacy runs for refills, scheduled doctors appointments when they were necessary as well as provide transportation to and from. I have also assisted with physical therapy and even assistance in separate physical therapy classes. I have great patience and believe myself to be a fast learner and adapter.
