About Kayla
Experience: 3 yrs
I'm a reliable and nurturing mother of two with hands-on experience caring for young children, including children on the autism spectrum. I truly enjoy a Montessori-inspired approach to childcare-encouraging independence, age-appropriate responsibilities, and helping children build confidence in a supportive environment. I'm patient, attentive, and believe in meeting each child where they are developmentally. I would appreciate the opportunity to bring my 1-year-old daughter along when possible, though I'm flexible depending on the family's needs.
