About Kayla

Hi! My name is Kayla, and I recently graduated high school. I will be starting college soon to work toward becoming an elementary school teacher. My passion for working with children started when I took a daycare class in high school, where I realized how much I enjoy teaching, helping kids learn, and being a positive role model in their lives. I have experience babysitting children from 16 months to 10 years old and have cared for multiple families. I am CPR certified and hold an Educational Aide I certification. I am comfortable helping with homework, meal and snack preparation, transportation, and light housekeeping as needed. I am bilingual in English and Spanish, and I strive to create a safe, and fun environment for every child. Families would describe me as creative, patient, and fun, and I love finding activities that keep kids entertained while helping them learn and grow.
