About Kayla

I'd describe my personality as nurturing, patient, and reliable. I like working with kids because every day is different, and I love being apart of their growth and development. I'm looking for a job where I can make a difference, continue learning, and be apart of something that creates positive growth. I want to work somewhere I can grow professionally while helping children reach their full potential. I started working with kids when I was 18 years old as a teacher assistant, at a childcare center. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my daughter. I also enjoy painting, gardening, and watching long television series. One thing you should know about me is I am a full time daycare director with years of experience. I have over 100 early childhood development training hours, and I am very passionate about what I do. As a mother myself I truly believe, it takes a village. My skills include communication, patience, and organized.
