About Kayla

Ever since I was 12 years old I was interested in child care. My first babysitting job was around that age to care for a family friend for a summer. For the next 10+ years I've had experience volunteering to watch and care for young children. 7 years of age and younger is range I am most used to and the age range I'm most comfortable with. I also worked in a daycare for some time working in the infant room as an assistant teacher. Those kids were the highlight of every day! I'm experienced with diapering, feeding, fun activities, enrichment activities, attentiveness, and patience. The thought of bringing joy to a little life is the greatest job anybody could have and I'd love to be able to provide that for your young ones. In the past 3 years I've been practicing as an EMT in the state of Pennsylvania so I know first aid, CPR for any age, critical thinking skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
