About Kayla

My name is Kayla, I'm 25 years old, and i'm located in the Kinnelon/WM area. • I am CPR/First Aid certified since 2018 • I have the most experience with children 1 years of age and up, in a 2 child the household. • I have been independently learning about child development for 5 1/2 years, including childhood psychology and brain development, mannerisms and milestones, behavioral patterns, etc. • I have 3 personal written recommendations of client experience when taking care of their babies to provide if you are interested in my services. • Although I do have a pay range, I am not set on a specific pay structure. Age and number of children affect the hourly pay, but I am willing to work with mamas who are trying to make it work for their babies! • I love children, and I can ensure a safe, positive, and progressive approach when caring for them. Unless you have a specific structure for your children's every day, they will lead the way in what we do.
