About Kayla

Fostering a child's growth and development is my true passion, and I am dedicated to making a positive, lasting impact on the families I support. I have five years of professional experience with neurotypical and neurodivergent children as well as many years of personal experience. I provide reliable, patient, and creative care for all children. I have taken classes in advancement towards my Child Development Associate (CDA) credential and have completed Early Childhood Education (ECE) coursework, which informs my approach to learning. I have been First Aid trained and CPR certified to ensure a safe environment. I am comfortable enforcing household rules and enjoy engaging children through outdoor sports, educational games, and creative crafts. I am happy to assist with light housekeeping and swimming supervision. I prioritize clear communication and will follow your preferred method for daily updates.
