Kayla seemed great on paper and interviewed really well. However, the day of our in-person interview to see how she fit without our daughter, she ghosted us. She seemingly blocked my number which we discovered when my husband attempted to reach out. This was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. A simple text saying she was no longer interested in the position would have sufficed. Lacks of basic decency and communication skills.
