About Kaylani

Three words that would describe my personality would be caring, efficient, and understanding! I like working with kids because I love to help them see their potential & not be afraid to take big steps in life while feeling supported and confident. What I'm looking for in nannying is to leave a lasting positive impact on a child's life. I want to know that I was not only able to help the children thrive but also their parents. I started working with kids when I was about 12. I began with my siblings and then I branched out by helping with kids in my area. In my spare time I like to spend time with my loved ones, go to the beach, Disneyland, attend to church, draw, & swim! One thing you should know about me is I'm a very kind hearted person but I know when it's necessary to hold my ground. When needed I am more than willing to be firm and follow through your disciplinary rules. I would love to find a long term family to support!
