About Kayla

Hi! I'm Kayla, and working with children has always been something I genuinely love and feel passionate about. I currently work in Early Childhood Education and have experience caring for children from newborns to age 14 in both educational and home settings. I enjoy creating a safe, nurturing, fun, and engaging environment where kids can learn, grow, and feel supported. My recent experience as a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) and working in ABA settings has strengthened my ability to support children with special needs, behavioral challenges, and communication delays. I have hands-on experience helping children build communication, emotional regulation, social skills, and independence using patient, positive, and individualized approaches. I'm patient, dependable, CPR/First Aid certified, and passionate about building positive relationships with both children and families.
