About Kayla

So far my experience with children predominantly includes tutoring and teacher assistant roles for grades 4-12. In these positions I have learned much about managing behavior and how to be creative and engaging. I have outmost respect and value for children, and I know that by giving patience and respect I am more likely to receive the same in return while building a stronger, more positive relationship. Other experiences include caring for younger cousins, children of family friends, and my younger brother. This care included play, crafts, transportation, and basic meal prep.
