Hello! I'm Kayla, and I bring over 14 years of diverse experience in the healthcare field to my caregiving role. My background includes working in group homes, a hospital, assisted living facilities, and nursing homes. I've also played a pivotal role in organizing and launching an in-home health care company, gaining invaluable knowledge of Minnesota's regulations and statutes. Outside of caregiving, I am a naturally shy person at first, but I quickly warm up once I build a connection. I love engaging in conversations and sharing stories. I am a Certified Nursing Assistant registered on the state registry, with a strong background in Hospice care, Respite care, and Medication Management. As a former Med Tech at an assisted living facility for three years, I am well-versed in providing quality care and ensuring medication adherence. I have extensive experience working with individuals coping with Dementia and Alzheimer's disease, emphasizing compassionate and personalized care.
