About Kayla

I'm a nanny with two years of experience, I am currently attending school in early childhood education. I also currently work for Mansfield ISD as an instructional aide for Pre-K . I'm passionate about helping children grow and learn and am committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment for them. I have experience caring for children from birth to age 11. I'm patient, calm, and creative, and I have a knack for making learning fun. I'm also very organized and efficient, and I'm able to manage multiple tasks at once. I enjoy playing board games, puzzles, and educational games with children, and I'm always up for a game of tag or hide-and-seek. I believe that open communication is key to a successful childcare provider-parent relationship, and I'm always willing to talk with parents about their child's day or any concerns they may have. I follow the parents' preferred communication method, whether it's verbal communication at pick-up or through a messaging app.
