About Kayla

For the past 10+ years, I've supported children and families through every stage of life as a nanny, postpartum doula, and family assistant. I have experience caring for children from infancy through adolescence, including neurodivergent children and those with unique developmental needs. My approach is calm, patient, playful, and connection-based. I strive to help children feel safe, supported, and engaged through outdoor play, creative activities, educational games, emotional support, and age-appropriate routines. I'm comfortable caring for up to four children and adapt easily to each family's communication style, routines, and household expectations. In addition to childcare, I'm happy to assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, swimming supervision, pet care, and light senior companionship.
