Hi! My name is Kayla, and I have over 3 years of experience working with children of all ages, from infants through 6th grade. I hold an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education and currently work as a teacher, where I have developed a strong understanding of children's developmental needs and how to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment. I love helping children learn, grow, and have fun through activities such as arts and crafts, outdoor play, reading, sensory experiences, and age-appropriate educational activities. I am patient, reliable, and passionate about building positive relationships with both children and families. As someone who works with children every day, I understand the importance of safety, communication, and consistency.
