When I was 5 years old, my family brought home a Shih Tzu as our family dog. That dog will always hold a special place in my heart. I helped care for him and took on some of the responsibilities like walking and feeding him when I was a kid. I am now a proud dog mom of a 6-year-old Shih Tzu. I got him senior year of high school and raised him from a puppy. He is my pride and joy in the world! So, I have had the responsibility and gained experience at raising an animal at a young age. I have been pet sitting for 10+ years ranging from dogs, cats, fish and hermit crabs. I absolutely adore all animals. Their smiley faces bring me so much joy!
