Experience: 4 yrs
Fostering a child's growth and development is a genuine passion of mine, and I feel incredibly grateful to do work that allows me to make a positive impact in children's lives. I have several years of childcare experience, including working as a full-time nanny and most recently as a behavioral specialist, supporting children with developmental and behavioral needs. My experience has given me a strong understanding of child development, positive behavior support, and the importance of creating a safe, patient and encouraging environment. I have experienced caring for children ages 0-11 and enjoy adapting my approach to each child's individual personality interest and needs. I am naturally warm, creative, and hands-on! I am comfortable maintaining routines, following household expectations, and providing consistent communication so parents feel confident while they're away. Above all, I would love the opportunity to become a trusted and dependable part of your family's village!
Kaylee was our nanny for over two years! Our daughter had weekly chemo appointments, she’s legally blind with a left-hand side weakness so Kaylee had to manage her doctors appointments and her daily medicine routine. She was incredible with our daughter and such an amazing support system for her! She was attentive, kind, gentle and very responsible. The only reason she stopped working for us is because she went back to college. She’s a wonderful young woman, and we were lucky to have her!
