About Kaylee

I'm an outgoing, loving, and deeply caring person with over 10 years of experience in early childhood education. I previously served as a Childcare Director, overseeing more than 180 children at a time and leading with compassion, structure, and a genuine passion for helping kids grow. After years of dedicated work, I chose to step away to spend more time with my own little crew - ages 6, 5, 2, and our newest infant - which has only strengthened my understanding of children, families, and the importance of meaningful care.
