I have been a Cna for over 14 years, caring between pediatrics and geriatrics. In geriatrics, I have experience with postop procedures, rehab, long-term care, assisting with daily activities, such as walking, bathing dressing, food prep, light, housekeeping, transportation, Companion care and comfort care( Hospice) I am very detail oriented, organized, compassionate, self motivated, patient and caring. It's important when caring for the elderly to be patient kind courteous, and respectful amongst the other things listed above When I am stepping into their world, I listen to their stories, understand their background and support them through whatever phase they are in the best I can.
