About Kecia

Hello, I would like to introduce myself as an amazing babysitter/nanny. I was the Director of Children's Ministry for 20+ years with two churches. I am currently a paraprofessional aide for students that need extra help with education, social skills, and some special needs. for an elementary school. I have raised 3 amazing boys, which are now in their 20's. (Of course being their mother they are amazing) I've been involved with childcare in form or another since I was 14. I also have two younger sisters that I helped to care for growing up. I am energetic (without caffeine) and creative. My philosophy with kids is to present good, healthy boundaries, have good constructed play and allow them to fail as to figure out life; figure out that the square block doesn't fit into the round hole etc. Teach kids the value of picking up their things and helping mom and dad with things as well.
