Making a difference in someone's life is what drives me. With four years of experience as a home health aide, I'm passionate about supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. I'm patient, compassionate, and always strive to be friendly and approachable. I also have experience working in long term care facilities and I have loved every minute of it. All of my residents get treated how I'd want mine. I provide transportation, run errands, offer light housekeeping, prepare meals, assist with mobility, and help with medical management. I understand the importance of respecting independence and adapting to changing routines, and I'm experienced in de-escalating stressful situations. I prioritize clear communication with families, following their preferred method for regular updates. My goal is to provide reliable care and support, giving families peace of mind.
