About Keisha

As a busy physician and father, finding someone we could trust implicitly with the care of my children was not a responsibility we took lightly. Six years ago, we were incredibly fortunate to welcome Keisha into our lives and I can say without hesitation that she has been one of the most positive and stabilizing forces in our family’s life. From the very beginning, Keisha brought warmth, reliability, and a deep sense of responsibility to her role. She didn’t just “watch the kids” she helped raise them. Through every stage of early childhood, she has provided not just care, but love, structure, and emotional support. Her instincts with children are exceptional, and she always balances fun and play with gentle discipline and consistency. She has been a teacher, caregiver, protector, and a true member of our family. What stood out most to me, especially with my demanding and unpredictable work schedule, was her dependability. I never once had to worry about whether the kids were safe, nurtured, or engaged. Keisha brought an incredible sense of calm and competence to our home. Whether it was handling sick days or last-minute schedule changes, she handled every situation with grace and professionalism. Beyond the logistics, she genuinely cares. The bond she formed with our children is something I will always be grateful for. She helped shape their early years in ways that will stay with them for a lifetime. It is difficult to put into words how deeply we appreciate Keisha. Anyone who has the opportunity to work with her is incredibly lucky. She is truly exceptional.
