She's been consistently punctual — my child always arrives at the therapy center on time. After each drop-off, she sends me a text to confirm, which gives me great peace of mind. Whenever there's a schedule change on her end, she always communicates well in advance. She's also been very flexible with timing on our side — when we had a family road trip and needed to adjust the pickup schedule, she was more than willing to accommodate.
