I graduated nursing school in 1998 and have always worked in home care even prior to graduation as a home health aide. When I became a registered nurse I worked on a medical surgical unit for 3 years. After being understaffed, I knew I needed a change and turned to what I loved, assisting individuals in their home. I worked as a geriatric and hospice nurse specializing in dementia/Alzheimer's for 11 years then as a special needs pediatric nurse for 6 years. I am currently an independent nurse contractor working for the state of Massachusetts for a quadriplegic on a ventilator. Not only am I available for any medical needs including medication administration, dressing changes, bathing, and vital signs monitoring. I am also available for housework, food preparation, cooking, errands, companionship, transportation, and laundry. I'm looking for part time work and my schedule is flexible. I have excellent references upon request.

Are you looking for someone to provide excellent care to a loved one? Look no further, Kelley is the one for you. She cared for our Mom over the course of two years and we were always comforted when she was with Mom. She is calm, compassionate, and truly loves what she does! She assisted with daily tasks such as following routines, hygiene (bathing, toileting, dressing, etc), provided active activities, meal preparation, and little field trips to keep Mom in the community. Kelley always went above and beyond and became a member of our family. We are so grateful for all she did and she remains a special person in our lives!
