Hi, my name is Kellie! I am a friendly, empathetic, and patient caregiver with over 10 years of experience working with both children and seniors. I currently work as a senior companion, focusing on wellness, movement, and meaningful connection. I support several clients in a memory care facility in Napa, where I create engaging activities that encourage physical movement, mental stimulation, and social interaction. My goal is to help each person feel supported, valued, and empowered while enhancing their overall quality of life. I am CPR certified, a Certified Personal Trainer, and a Registered 500-hour Yoga Teacher.
