About Kelsey

I love working with children. My journey in childcare began in high school, where I took child development classes. Since then, I've had the privilege of being a morning and early afternoon nanny for twins, working at a preschool for several years, and teaching dance classes since the age of 17. Now, as the owner of a dance studio in Texas, I focus on creating a fun and supportive environment where kids can grow and thrive. Outside of work, I love spending time with my 1- and 2-year-old nephews! I'm also dedicated to lifelong learning. I actively expand my knowledge of child development and mental health through online videos, podcasts, and meaningful discussions with friends in childcare and HR roles. With years of hands-on experience and commitment to nurturing children, I strive to provide a safe, engaging, and enriching environment for every child.
