We had an interview with Kelsey, and she worked for an initial half-day. Everything went well and she agreed to start her first full day the following week. Reached out the night before to make sure she was still good to start the next day. Received no reply and she was a no call, no show her first scheduled full day with no further communication. We would have appreciated some kind of notice as it was very disrespectful, immature, and inconsiderate to us, our work schedules and our child.
