Kelsey has been an indispensable support to our family and our son, who is on the autism spectrum, since 2018. We have trusted her with both day and evening childcare, and she has consistently proven to be incredibly reliable and trustworthy. Because of her background and experience in Special Education, she brings a level of expertise that is extremely rare to find in typical childcare providers. Kelsey naturally understands our son’s unique needs, limitations, and challenges. She communicates using the right language, respects essential boundaries, and always knows the insightful questions to ask us to ensure he is supported. We cannot recommend her highly enough. Bonus, she is an amazing pet sitter and dog walker as well :)
