We were very excited to find our first babysitter for our young children this summer and even prepared a month in advance when offering Kemo the position. Kemo gladly accepted, but a week prior decided to ghost us. We tried contacting via Care.com and by phone, but she never picked up nor got back to us. Needless to say, this was very stressful when trying to balance work and children. I was forced to take time off of work to find other care options.
