About Kendal

I'd describe my personality as light hearted, funny, and empathetic. I try to be a positive influence and light in people's lives. No matter if it's a kid that I'm taking care of or a friend that I've known for years. I've been told I'm an old soul, but young at heart that's because I've never forgotten who I am. I'd like to be that wise adult in children's lives. I had one and she really improved and impacted me as a child. I started working with kids when I started at a school a little over 2 years now. I feel like I've been "working/taking care" of children since I was 13. I'm the 4th oldest cousin out of 14 grandchildren, so I've always had a kid to watch. In my spare time, I like to hang out with my friends. I love to read, reading is my favorite thing. I do it everyday. Although singing is my passion, I was somewhat of a prodigy as a child! I am very calm in emergencies. (I unfortunately have had to be there twice when a child was choking and I calmly saved them both).
