About Kenzie

I am a professional nanny with seven years of full-time experience in the U. S, Japan, NZ, and the Netherlands. I have cared for ages newborn to teen, with most of my experience concentrated on infants and toddlers. Before starting my career as a nanny I taught preschool, where I was introduced to the Montessori approach. I have since formally studied the approach and incorporate its principles into my approach with my charges. I am developmentally focused, and believe in child led practical daily life skills as a foundation to my educational approach. I've had the fortunate opportunity to travel extensively with former nanny families. Doing so I've developed strong problems solving skills, as well as adaptability and safety awareness.
