About Kiana

My name is Kiana! I'm 25 years old and the oldest of 7 kids! Not only do I have a lot of experience taking care of all of my siblings, I've also had paid experience sitting other people's kids since I was 8 years old. I'm able to care for children ages ranging from newborns - pre-teens and special needs! Before I started college I was employed by Home Instead as a Caregiver for seniors. I've also had 2 years of experience as a volunteer in the Novant Hospital's ER and I've had one year in nursing school (currently taking a break). I'm able to cook, clean, pick-up or drop off as needed. If your child has any allergies I'm well equipped to make accommodations as well. I encourage less electronic time & try to engage kids in more edifying activities such as reading, board games, walks to the park, etc. My goal is to provide your child with a fun & enriching environment! If hired, I have a 6-year-old daughter that would accompany me (this is just over Summer break until school starts).
