I highly recommend Kiana as a caregiver. She worked with our family from February 2026 through July 2026, until my husband transitioned to a memory care home. Kiana has completed dementia care training and demonstrated that knowledge every day. She had a remarkable ability to communicate with my husband in a calm, reassuring manner that helped reduce his anxiety and made him feel safe and respected. Kiana primarily worked the overnight shift, where she ensured my husband was comfortable, clean, dry, and able to get a restful night’s sleep. She was instrumental in his evening routine, assisting with bathing, oral hygiene, changing into bedtime clothing, and administering his evening medications with care and attention. Throughout her time with us, Kiana was dependable, trustworthy, compassionate, and genuinely kind.
