Hi there! My name is Kiane and I am a psychology major at UC Davis. With my psychology classes the past couple years, I have gained a deep understanding of child development and the importance of providing a nurturing environment for kids. Growing up, I had the chance to care for children of family and friends, which is what started my love for working with kids from an early age. I believe in creating a safe and engaging environment where children can explore their curiosity, learn, and have fun. I have babysitting for about 5 years in total and with my knowledge, experience, and genuine care for kids, I am dedicated to providing great care. Safety is very important, so I am CPR certified. I also have my own means of transportation. I understand how hard it must be to leave your child with someone else so always feel free to check in, I believe communication to be very important in building a positive and trusting relationship!

Kiane brings the most incredible energy and clearly loves working with children. We have had the honor of working with her on multiple occasions, my kids ask to have her come back to care for them, and while we wish her the best in her studies, selfishly would rather have her go to school in our city! Kiane is reliable, punctual and so respectful of families’ wishes. She is especially gifted in drawing the kids out in creative play and encouraging their imaginations. I recommend her without hesitation and would give her 6 stars if I could!
