About Kiara

I am a 35-year-old, Christian, Single Mother of 2 children. I have been working in the childcare field since 2020. My background consists of being a lead teacher, an assistant teacher, and currently a Director of a Childcare Center. I went to GTC and obtained my Associate Degree in Early Childhood Development. I'd describe my personality as kind, patient, and considerate. I like working with kids because children are life. I've seen environments change for the better because a child with no preferences or biases decides to engage with everyone. Children represent the future and I believe that children that are cared for well make the biggest impacts. I'm looking for a job where I can assist families with childcare over the weekend. My skills include entertaining, being silly, and improving.
