I'm also experienced in dementia care, medical management, and physical activities. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. I understand the importance of connecting with care recipients by learning about their preferences and personal history. I communicate with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, always following their preferred method. I am CPR and First Aid certified.
