Kiersten, helps me regularly with my two elementary school-aged children as needed. She is dependable and responsible for picking them up from school, transporting them to activities, helping with homework, their household chores, and assisting with dinner time/preparation. In addition, I have relied on her for unexpected morning care and she has assisted me with running a few errands as-well. She is consistently punctual, a safe driver, engages well with the children - (not on her phone much at all when she is with them - besides essential communications) and always prioritizes their care. And most importantly, my children have become fond of her! I DO communicate my needs clearly, and she fulfills them without any issues. I would highly recommend her to support your family, as she has become a great support to mine!
