About Kierstyn

Hi! I am looking to provide some love and care to the families and people that need a hand. I am a reliable, patient, positive, and creative person and I love kids! I have two years of experience teaching swim lessons at my prior swim instructor job at my community pool. I worked with age groups from 12 months-12+ years. I am CPR and First-Aid Certified. Studying psychology in college, I have always found working with kids a part of my path. I am now continuing my education/studies in yoga, holistic health, and trauma-informed (Somatic) counseling. A part of my work is in teaching children how to manage stress, create healthy relationships within themselves and others, and find positive ways to express their emotions. As a sitter, I incorporate these factors as the foundation for an upbeat, positive, and nourishing environment for everybody. I also would be willing to cook, run errands, provide transportation, help tidy up the home, help with homework! I am super open and flexible!
