Hi, I have been in the field of assisting elder adults and adults with special needs for over 25 years. I started my career with caring for adults with developmental disabilities in my home, and I did that for 20 years. After College I gained employment working in a residential group home as the Residential Manager. I managed staffing the home, training them in the needs of our residence with developmental disabilities, medically fragile, g-tubes, and medication administration.
