I discovered my passion for working with seniors 6 years ago unexpectedly, and it has changed my life! I have been working in Senior Care in a variety of environments such as Private Homes, Assisted Living, Skilled Rehab Centers, and Memory Care Units. After years of seeing families and staff let down by large companies, I have structured my own approach to care around the connection and companionship shared between clients and care providers. My Career experience includes Life Enrichment, Memory Care Coordinator, Special Assistance, Private Home Health, and Creating Friendships. - Compassion - Consistency - Communication - Comprehension - I primarily focus on the psychological and environmental elements of your loved one's care, with physical assistance on an as-needed basis in order to achieve those goals.
