About Kirby

Hi! I'm an aspiring nursing student with a passion for caring for others. I have experience working with children of various age groups, although most of my professional experience has been with 2-year-olds. I enjoy creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and explore. I would describe myself as caring, responsible, and patient. My experience with children began by babysitting my nieces and nephews, and I gained professional childcare experience in 2021 through an internship at a daycare. My childcare skills include potty training assistance, basic ASL communication, multitasking, and organization. In my spare time, I enjoy relaxing, going for walks with my dog, shopping, and spending quality time with my family and partner. I'm looking for a supportive and flexible position that allows me to continue my education while doing what I love: caring for and making a positive difference in the lives of children.
