About Kirsten

Hi! I'm Kirsten, and I have over 10 years of experience working with children, youth, and families, including more than 5 years of direct care experience with children in early childhood education, behavior health, and residential care. I currently work as a Behavior Technician providing ABA therapy for children ages 2-6 with autism. My background includes coursework in early childhood development and psychology, along with training in trauma-informed care, child development, positive behavior support, and family-centered care. I believe every child deserves to feel safe, supported, and encouraged to grow. I'm patient, dependable, and enjoy creating fun, engaging activities that build confidence and independence. I also have experience supporting families through my previous role with Denver County's WIC program. As a parent, I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust, and I strive to provide reliable, nurturing care for every family I work with.
